After a long day use of CM 5.0.6-N1. I decided to keep it smile.gif
  • Overall smoother than CM 5.0.5.3-N1
  • Ability to switch installed apps between internal storage and SD card.
  • No more lagging at Asphalt 5.
  • Better battery life.
  • Faster WiFi connection and speed.
  • New antibanding camera feature.
  • It seems better sound quality expecially more on bass.
  • Better call quality.
  • Even the launcher is not as smooth as CM 5.0.5.3-N1 but at least now at acceptable level, not as lagging as in CM 5.0.6-t1, t2, t3.
  • After applying the pershoot Kernel 2.6.33.2 – OC-UV-XTRA-BTN-AUD-RAM-NEON_FP (1.113GHZ) – Nexus and setup the SetCPU Max 1113 & Min 768, my unit run on the fly with even much better launcher speed and still maintain in acceptable temperature.

Wish List
  • Fixing the launcher issue.
  • Ability to remember position of launcher pause area as what HTC Desire do.
  • Fixing FC issue in 3D render Live Wallpaper, example seeds of life and starfield.

Most of the hacked ROMs are using kernel with highmem enabled. You might get extra 174MB of RAM space cormpared to standard ROM.

Yes, changing kernel also can make lots diffs... isn't it Mr. Shahz ? smile.gif

Yeah..Not only space, but speed, functionality, stability, a lot of stuff is directly related to the kernel..(chewah) tongue.gif

smile.gif I always wipe cache, da. cache, battery status and rotation for any updates that run via RA to prevent any issue.

I didn't wipe reset to default and SD-ext as this two will remove your current apps and reset to factory default.
