i just flashed modaco's latest desire ROM which is the shipping ROM for desire....
honestly i kinda like sense UI better than the stock ROM...

Update review on Alpha 17:

What is Cool:
- Base on Final Desire ROM

What is FIX:
- The camera flash completely fix, now is awesome.
- No more graphics gritch issue, all is running fine now.

What is not working:
- The extra widget always download failure, I can view it but unable to download it.

When this ROM could be as Final:
- Bluetooth fully working.
- Radio working (since already can tune channel, I believe this is comign soon)
- More smoother performance especially when using live wallpaper.

official Google Buzz widget and Orkut for android are out. BUt still not in Malaysia. Do you guys using Buzz or Orkut?

Orkut is google's own social networking site..I have an account there, but I hardly use it..But Buzz has much more potential..

Because not everyone can deliver what others want. When there is competition, you make better products. I haven't checked on Orkut, but there was once an era of Friendster, which was taken over by My Space, and now has taken over by Facebook. Somewhere in the middle, there was Orkut (Hi5 and others as well) too. But maybe Orkut did't live up to the expectation of what people actually wanted in social networking and Facebook managed to do this. So, in a way, we are improving them by using them. Otherwise, how likely are you that you will send a message to the Facebook creater Mark Zuckerberg and he will take it personally to implement it?

This is the big difference in the real world and the virtual world. In real world, you eat up competition by delivering every demographic user in that area. But on internet, there are no separation barriers of who can visit your site and who can't. So, you have to play it BIG when it comes to internet

Ok I tried New Zealand Vodaphone prepaid sim on my Nexus and I was able to access the paid apps in Market and purchase them as well. Tried Singapore's Singtel prepaid but it didn't work. All this was done via my home WiFi in KL
