Yeah~ IS is sticky ~ it stick lot of lint while i take it out from my pocket and it is not easy to clean those lint..
after apply IS on my screen~ it is not smooth anymore while dragging on the screen.

Hi guys~

Have some noob question that are confusing me after a few hours tried on my N1:

1)why my N1 wont pop up 1 list of wifi network available after i turn on the wifi?

2)I used my laptop to create a wifi AP~ why N1 unable to detect this AP but my Nokia can?

3)My N1 haven been rooted. It ask me to update system after i have set the maxis VPN (Thankx Shahz for the info sharing in the first page).. is it i need to update the phone ?

4)How to make sure my phone maxis(3g) is only use for mms and use only the WIFI for browsing?

5)How to know whether the particular application is still running in background?

6)How to use N1 multitasking function? or it has limitation in several part?

7)How to make sure your opened application has been exited (free the memory)?

erm.. i just double confirm that my simcard already stored all my previous phone contacts. But dont know why my N1 still shows that i got no contacts in my simcard when i wanna import contacts from simcard to N1.

it is definitely hard to hear the phone ringing if u put it in the pouch given.

Maxis APN for Nexus One
You just need only ONE APN. Fill only the fields specified here. Leave others as they are!
1) Home -> Menu -> Settings -> Wireless & networks -> Mobile networks -> Access Points Name
2) Menu -> New APN
Name = Maxis(3G)
APN = unet
Username = maxis
MMSC = http://172.16.74.100:10021/mmsc
MMS proxy = 202.75.133.49
MMS port = 80
APN type = default,mms

Which part have to been removed?
btw~ i just check my bill... this noon still RM70+ ... now RM161+ .... OMG!! i hate Maxis~

btw, i experienced some little bug on my original firmware today~
Just suddently cant activated my camera function while i wanted to snap something during lunch time and it just shows a message "Cant Connect to Camera" (something like this since i not really sure for the exact sentence) .. plus cant view photos in the photo gallery too. But luckily all this problem just gone after a system restart. (^^) anyone experienced this too?

for the *#*#4636#*#* command, i found that it sometime will auto enabled the data connection. Dunno the reason yet but i realized it after the "edge" or "3G" icon popup again at the top part.. so now i decided to delete the whole "Maxis(3G)" APN setting in case been trapped by Maxis data charged again.. haha~

Another problem is regarding to the "screen auto off" function. i have set it to 30s but i found the phone's screen will auto off too even i am touching the screen and using some application. i though it suppose to be start counting the 30s only when i didnt use the phone? anyone experienced this too? hehe~

Guys.. if anyone of u would like to use your Nexus1 with your maxis broadband simcard just like me. u just need to set below details in APN setting:

Name: (anyname)
APN: maxisbb
username: maxis
password: wap

already double confirm with maxis stuff... no extra charge for your broadband package. But i still need to triple confirm only after i received my next bill.

The market show a failed search for google maps by showing me:
"There are no mathes in Android Market for the search: pname: com.google.android.apps.maps"
