I got the email too.

the streamyx installation came on 26th Feb, then today(8Mac) i received it.
it take around 10 day.

I have yet to receive any email from HP.

i received it in my hotmail....
but i wonder why they know my hotmail address....lol
u will get it soon after your wifi modem fixed

URGENT HELP !!!

Last Friday I've registered a new TM Home Line + Cool UniPack 1mbps package, and yesterday TM staff came to my house install new TM Home Line and don't know why he straight away terminate my current Fixed Line, and now I couldn't online with my current Streamyx account until the new Cool UniPack Streamyx has been activated, furthermore my new TM Home Line couldn't make any call in / out. Usually we can hear the DOO... sound once we pick up the phone, but I just only hear those number tone, like I press a number it got a DOO sound. Is it normal?

I did call TM, they said usually take 3 ~ 7 days to activate the Home Line, is it true? I'm going to call the technician who came to my house for installing the new Home Line yesterday, if my Home Line is still not able to make any call.

I only need 30 minutes to activate my new homeline.

call the installer. even installer we got warranty. call the guy and ask.

I just called the installer, he already checked for me that yesterday they are having internal issue with Home Line, and my Home Line will be activated by today. Hope it's true...

GUYS, need help..... i try to check my streamyx mail... normally the password of streamyx would be the same rite, if never change before...

I also need some helps regarding this, I try to login the webmail with my current streamyx account, but it doesn't work.
