ATTENTIONI just called TM Toll Free and 100 from my HomeLine, I've double checked with them, they say for those current streamyx account is not under the student name but their relative can still able to direct upgrade the current streamyx account to Cool UniPack without needed to terminate the current account and quarantine for 30 days. I've double called TM toll free for checking and 100 for checking this as well, and also I've email TM, and this was what I received,

I would like to know the answer for the below question,
1. Can I straight away upgrade my current streamyx package (it's not under any promotion package) to this CoolUni Pack if the streamyx account owner is not under my name but I've the authorization from the owner to upgrade this.
