If i subsribe this package, then during this 2 years peroid, maybe i will move out to other hostel, can I transfer this package with me?

If the homeline is not under my name, but streamyx account is under my name, can i apply for this package? Do i need to reapply for a new homeline?

Can transfer. You're good to apply because streamyx is under your name. No need for new homeline.

Hi, i hv a question, my home is using home prepaid, after subscribe to this, do i hv to pay the monthly phone rental fees (rm26)?

I think can change plan, call 100 or go TMpoint.

They will likely make your home prepaid a normal home line. No need for rental fees every month.

U need to have
=> 15db SNR margin
< 45db attenuation
<= 3KM from exchange

However, this is just a min requirement. but u still can activate 4mb if u do not meet the criteria above.

Below is my modem status and I got 4mb capped without DC or problem.

Today the TM staff came to my house for installing the new HomeLine, but he straight away terminate my current Fixed line also, and he told me it's normal and I'm not able to online until the new Cool UniPack streamyx line has been activated which is two more days told by the TM staff. Guy is it normal for this? I thought I've to go to TM point to terminate myself?

Mine is just 384kbps. Router came and streamyx activated. Netbook isn't arriving yet.

How long it takes from the day you apply till they activate? New line or use back existing streamyx?

I applied on 2/3/10, but last sat onni they key in system when i go tm for checking application status, this afternoon tm technician came and gave me the router and activate the package.. waiting for netbook to come..
