Took 7 Working Days to check if they can hook me with 4mbps since there is no port available at that time for my area. At the exact 7 days, TM call and said confirm the fiber wire cant reach my area so they hook me with 1mbps.

So its 7 days (to check and comfirming if I can get 4mbps), 1 day (the next day the installer came with modem)

Mine is new application but using old (my parents) homeline. Terminated since a year ago coz streamyx is SCREAMYX because of the so called underground cable sea problem.

no available port and distance. then after 7 days of checking, really cant get 4mbps coz too far

hmm.... even they not yet come and install the new homeline for you, did they let u know the homeline number when u submitted ur form that time?
for me, they did let me know the new homeline number when i submitted my application at TMpoint.
