Any idea what's the price of the turtle nails? Got any difference between adult & kid's nails?

well.. difference in size and thickness as well. Even for adult the difference in thickness too.

my gals starting set less than RM25. (4xLHS) +(4xRHS).....but now her set is thick with groove. Cost RM35 for LHS & RM35 for RHS.

The groove set i got them from Sunway mentari; CCMA.

my friend want to sell her gu zheng. Tung huang one. With stand and seat one set. She bought few years back and stop playing after come to kl. Any one interested pls pm me. Location setia alam.

I bought MPO butterfly concerto tickets for myself and my parent for this saturday show but we are not going. Me and my parent are going my uncle birthday dinner instead. Already sold the concert tickets to my friends. Haih..

Sorry for being MIA for so long!
Was studying overseas, hence i have not been logging on lowyat.net for some time.
Now i'm back in Malaysia, but it's my final year in uni, my schedules are packed that I have no time to go for GuZheng classes anymore =(
and my parents wants me to focus more on studies ahh... ><


Hence, I might be selling my Gu Zheng as well. Not sure yet. Will post up the pictures if I do.
However, I am not sure bout the wood name and string materials ><


This event looks interesting, and affordable =)

I'm going to learn gu zheng starting next week!

I went to this place in kuchai entrepreneurs park near hong leong bank, they offer me 2 free trial lessons before enrollment. After the trials, I can decide whether to continue the lessons or quit. The fee is Rm80 per month, 4 lessons a month, each lesson ½ hour. The teacher is the music school principle mr.koh, he teaches based on beijing syllabus, using nylon strings. If I wish to learn further, he advised me to buy a set of nails rm48 (expensive? I have no idea what kind of nails), nails tape rm5, and book rm5.
