Nope it doesn't. It is called SCREEN protector for a reason, which only protects the lcd screen.

Since the refreshed version of 23518 speed is not that significant, I guess I'll stay with the previous version. Lazy to reinstall everything. Btw, did u try deleting the ameba from the reg? I've the white start button issue from time to time. Just wondering whether I should delete it or not.

I put it into the application data -> sounds folder and it works for me.

thanks...got it...meaning if we set individual mp3 caller ringtone, all the file will need to be copied to phone memory?

I set the mp3 as my ringtone this way >>
create a folder in card storage name as "My Ringtones" (same name as phone memory) and put the mp3 inside...
then wah laaa..... i can see my mp3 in my ringtone selection.....

Added on January 24, 2010, 11:55 ami had tried the 5.6 original and refreshed 23518 rom,

both always give me bottom bar freezed. i tap on windows button or left right soft keys, nothing comes out.

i think i will stick with itje's 23518.

Windows Live open?

My bar turns white when Windows Live is running AND has itself added to the Titanium bar but its responding normally after i removed it in the Windows Live options.

haven try windows live. bcoz when i run total commander or resco explorer the bar will turn white like u say.

i think these rom is not suit my usage. hence flash back to previous rom i use.

why my xperia wont shutdown?i press the the power button until the msg come out and when i try to check for boot screen(press sound and power button together)my xperia just start back as usual..help guys..want to install custom rom.

Shut down > 'Yes' to turn off device.

Hold 'down' sound button you the right and press power button > release both button after you see tri-colour screen.

Check SPL version to see if it is already HardSPL-ed.

go to sound and notifications.. u will find the option there...

Added on January 24, 2010, 2:08 pmafter shutdown the phone.. the press volume down n power button together.. do not release both button until u get the tri color screen..

The problem is when i press long enough the power button and the message come out,i do press YES and when i try to go to tri colour,the screen just come back just like it went to standby mode,not power off mode T_T..

hmm.. then just take off ur battery.. put back ur battery.. then do the same thing.. hold the down volume button and power button together.. keep hold both button until the tri color came out then u release both button..
