Fear not, I'm arranging a meeting with the iDiGi guys to clarify for you (and to help me understand the d@mn thing).

What will help I think is to have a few examples laid out, IMHO.

sweetpuff.. for the mifi modem of rm360 is treated as advance payment and rebate rm30 each month for 12 months? so mean if i terminate the line earlier, i will lose the ramaining balance of the rm360 right? why now only got one plan for mifi..really so less choice sad.gif

You will lose the rebate if you terminate earlier. Well, you can say that the rm360 is 'advance payment' in a sense.

Q3 Is there a contract tied to this plan and can I terminate my subscription anytime?

A3 There is NO contract and you may terminate your subscription anytime. However, you will not enjoy the RM30 rebates for the 1st 12 months if you decide to do so.
Eg: Terminate after month 11 – Rebate of RM30 forfeited

Small sotong plan mah.. less plans to support = less headache (I guess) tongue.gif

Added on July 9, 2010, 3:07 pmIn meeting with iDiGi guys now. Basically. The new iDiGi plans are using new pricing models. Will update everyone later.

Added on July 9, 2010, 3:32 pmOk. Here's the deal with the new iDiGi plan:

It should be viewed as a revamped plan, so shouldn't really be compared to the old plan. We're working on a new price chart and also some examples to help everyone understand.

In summary, with the new iDiGi plan, you'll save a little less upfront, but will eventually save more during the course of the contract.

I'm thinking of switching from Celcom to Digi due to their unlimited call for DiGi Family. I could use up to 60 hours or more per month (talking with GF laugh.gif ). I've never used Digi before, so, my question is, is it really FREE ? For Celcom, I can only get 20 hours talking free, Digi says it's unlimited for them, is it true ? No tricks ?

I should have changed to Digi months ago, if I'm not mistaken, Celcom has charged me almost RM 2K for exceeding the limit. It's not really my fault since I've set the credit limit for the account to RM 100 each, but they allow the bill to go up to RM 700, demn. When I scold them, they said their system is not good enough, but, I still have to pay for it. It's just like saying it's our mistake, but you still have to pay for it.

Any advice before I convert to Digi ? What about my current bill, do I have to settle all of them first or just head to Digi right away ?

What about current month bill ? The bill hasn't come out yet, should I call Celcom to calculate all my current bill before I go to Digi Center ?

it's easier for u to port over straight away as porting prepaid process is abit hassle.
just pay up to the last bills, additional charges will come to you on your bill date.
