just wonder..aft registering online n getting confirmation sms that i hv succesfully registered for eBilling..but i stil get my paper statement?

Yeah, during my first month also like that, I called again and told CS I don't want any paper billing. Then, it wasn't sent to my home after that.

My friend's digi line recently got a strange MMS every morning and we checked the bill, each MMS charged RM4 although deleting them straight away without open it. the MMS sent by unknown party and no numbers is shown, only shown 'hot baby' and other porn thing.

my friend never subscript those thing, she is a girl. so what can i do now? can i ask for cancellation for the charges? Digi told her to unsubscript herself but she didn't even subscript.

the last resort i will suggest her to complain to NCCC or MCMC.

Ask which company (the 3rd party company) which charged her. When you complain to NCCC or MCMC, you can fill in that details as well because usually those are scams & they directly charge.

u can use digi OCS. they will terminate ur paper statement immediately. if u terminate it at mid of month, u need to pay half price of tat paper statement. but they will still send u the bill statement for half month.

i do tat online too, and its easy

already three month.. digi keep sending paper biling to me....RM9 gone for no reason...

Apply lah e-billing. You can do it via d'chat, CS or OCS, I believe.

PM me your mobile number and also the time and date you receive the SMS. Will be better if you can get the details from your call statement in OCS.

used d'chat and clarified with them..ask them to check their system n update im no longer using norm billing..im using ebilling..see how coming month

I got a rm120 voucher from my digi points. But it says “Voucher is valid for any handset purchased from…….”

So can I use it to buy other accessories like memory card n ect ?

And btw,which Digi specialized store in KL are the biggest. I see most are small shops with very few n limited phones. Tnx

@Sweet Puff - just have a feedback regarding the website. I don't see any benefit with the rss thing. It is not serving its purpose. I hardly see any updates in there. Is it manually updated? I don't think that should be the way it works.

Instead of having it there, why not remove it?
