To be fair it is up to the photographers. If he's a 'god-like' kind who turn everything into gold why not right? and its the markets that decides whether they want to choose them based on the conditions.

yea..if u have the demand..u can affort to put in any clauses u want..lol..afterall sometimes the more demanding u r..the more ur customers think highly of u...LOL
but those r for business-minded photographer...if u r those intrinsic photographer..u'd probably be happier if the client truely loves ur work..price doesnt really matters as long as it wont starve u...art > money at any time..lol.. both have their own market segment i guess.. |

Woo hoo! Finally got my baby to take my baby's picture!!!
Kena poisoned until wanna pengsan, then go to the Sony centre, kena poison kaw kaw!!! 1) Sony alpha 550 - RM2999 2) SAL18250 - RM 1700 (minus another RM100 as display set, dunno when will stock come, I cannot tahan already) 3) Flash HVL-F20AM - FOC 4) Sony bag - minus RM100 as I downgraded the bag 5) Extended warranty 2 years - RM200 Size of hole in pocket = 4.7k (from my initial budget of 2k I couldn't get the new Sony Time 2010 promotion as the shop hasn't receive the new promotion/stock yet. Had to go with the older promotion. However, the guy was very helpful and after haggling and because I paid cash, managed to get the flash FOC and some discounts here and there. What do you guys think? Is it a good bargain, considering I'm in Sibu and I don't have the luxury to go KL to buy. Ermmm... how long to charge battery? 8 hours? |

kmarc, congratulations! Yeah sounds like a good deal. Remember not to put the F20AM on the body when putting it in the bag (it can break by sideways shearing; this is in the warning on the instruction manual.)

kfthoo: The 2 popular focal lengths, 85mm and 135mm on FF are also close to 60mm and 90mm on APS-C. So the 60mm F2.0 Macro or the 90mm F2.8 Macro would do great for portrait macro. Though you may want to put on a soft filter sometimes.

agree with albnok if u gonna use it on portrait..u had to make it softer...lol..
60 or 90mm..it depends on what kind of macro u gonna do..if u r shooting bugs...i'd prefer 90mm as 60mm gonna move way to near to them..its not impossible..it just take u more time n patience compare to 90mm =) |
