It reminds me of a comment by a reputable hifi boss during KLIAV. He said that a vast majority of Malaysians prefer sub that go loud w/o control and noisy. High end sub tends to sound very clean and very different but not many have audition it. Need a lot of 'education' unlike in US.

Just like hi-fi. You need to 'train' your ears as you 'move up' the rank. Not trying to show off but I am glad that I have opportunities to audition a lot of good hi-end systems in Malaysia and Singapore. Next, aiming Taiwan.

It opens up a whole new world of learning. Along the way, you will gain a lot of insight. I am grateful for that

Sorry, I've sold off most of the subs. Left only sealed subs ; SB12-NSD, SB10-NSD and SB13-Plus (at customer's home). No Paradigm. Pls PM paskal for details of place to audition in north area.

I don't know many dB reach louder. Seldom I listen to above -10dB.

cwyan, I've sold my very own PB13-Ultra to a customer who want to have dual subs.

i dont care.... tell you buy, jump and take risk.. but you dont want...

Unfortunately, no as the owner is very low profile.

However, there are a few members here who had the opportunity to test dual Ultras in my HT room in July. There might not be any dual Ultras in near future. Most likelihood is PB13-Ultra DSP partnering SB13-Plus. That might be in mid Nov.

HAHA....the most funniest broken sound journey I ever heard or watched.

You must hear the real thing to confirm the loudness or how deep the bass you wanted, the most important thing is how much are you willing to spend ?? Give HTkaki a budget, easier for him to quote you or suggestion for your liking, not just asking for the loudness or what ever you called it.
