Which INVESTMENT COINS do you like most among those listed below?

1. American Eagle
2. Canadian Maple
3. Canadian Grizzly Bear
4. Austrian Philharmonic
5. Chinese Panda
6. Australian Kookaburra
7. Australian Koala

For me I prefer Canadian Maple and Chinese Panda the most smile.gif What about you?
*
I have all the above but I keep Maple the most. I like maple the most because it has the highest face value CAD $5 and higher purity (.9999) than the others

I find that most Malaysians doesn't quite like American Eagle and Australian Koala. But I'm not too sure what's the reason.

Already replied ur PM but I can repeat it again for the sake of others here:

I bought a few silver bars from them.
you need to call up the dealers, they have a list where you can use to locate which one is nearest to you.
After that, you set a price with them.
They will set an appointment with you and COD with you.
You can also bank in to their account.
Yup there is a certificate of authentication with the precious metal you bought.
You can sell them back the bars also, they will buy from you.

in my humble opinion ( remember opinion only) public gold and silver are "useless". Not in the sense of the value, yes of course they have value. as matter of fact their prices are expensive to buy.

The company's agents are very manupilative. Just to earn a quick comission they'll sell you the dream of making lots of money but at the end their clients are losing money cry.gif They "forced" you to become a member so that you can buy cheaper, so they say.

I don't care what prove they put on the table. as far as i'm concern they're unethical. they are playing with people's life saving.

stay away if you can and remember again, it's just a matter of MY perspective. cool2.gif

P.S. if you really want to buy bars go for engelhard and johnson matthey. i guarantee you can sleep peacefully

ok....I bought them bars at quite low a price and if I sell them off at today's price I will still get some tidy profits.

The agents are ok la....they like to talk nonsense with you like how much their real job sucks, how they bought shares b4 and how much they lose/earn, but if you are financially intelligent enough I am sure you can differentiate between the good and bad info.

I never experience they ask me to be member.

Yea, I admit the silver from Publicgold looks like a dull piece of metal without any decoration, but I am just concerned with their monetary preservation function smile.gif

Chinese Panda have limited mintage. For 2011, only 3mil compared to American Eagle which was churning out 6mil oz/month. Not only that, chinese panda design changes every year where else maple and eagles are standard design.

however, maples and eagles are most recognizable and has the lowest premium among others.

1. Best quality for bullion pricing:- Buy perth mint product. Highest ROI. Australia Lunar, follow by Kookaburra, follow by Koala.
2. Highest return in numismatic value: CHinese Panda
also highest amount of fraud and fakes coin.
3. Most recognizable in Malaysia:- Maple Leaf.
4. Easiest to get white spot, oxidation :- Canada Mint product, follow by Phil, follow by Panda, followed by eagle,
last perth mint.

U decide what U 1 lah.
aiyah, silver is still silver, after U collect so many silver coins U begin to sick and tired of it lah.

Added on July 25, 2011, 10:55 amminting and quality assaying is a high capital expenditure process.
Thus, U need the volume before you can crunch out low prices like maple leaf, eagle, phils etc.
Each of them has a mintage of around 5-10 million oz per year. maybe more.

Then 1stopgold come to picture, lot of dealer will die lah.
later they may sell 1 oz pamp sussie at very low price.

Lot of silver came from Switzerland to Malaysia, around RM9 million ringgit in May 2011 alone. from my source.
