Time to contact my building management and push them to upgrade immediately. I hope Astro will help to upgrade the centralized infrastructure for free as with other individual customers. One building upgrade means it will cater to hundreds of houses so it make sense.

So, that mean, in order to change the old dish to new dish, you must make sure all the residents in that condo upgrade their Astro to Astro B.yond. Building Management and Astro will facing new problem, the normal Astro users will conplain that their can't receive the signal after upgrade to new dish.
