Yes, u are right... 218.111 cant get good speed from 4shared.com capped i think..

When I use my PROXY. i get full speed..

Now that you've mentioned it,
I am currently getting 100kBps on youtube with utorrent on, on my 2Mbps line
Whilst the 4Mbps line is getting 60kbps without anything on the background.

@MX510, does your youtube speed improve after switching to 'normal' ip?

Is the upload for 4mbs always that slow? IE 512kbps?

Both my 4 Mbps have a fakap routing to youtube n 100% TM is throttling them.

Ip 115 n 218 both slow but for redtube n prawn streaming superfast on both lines

ACPN 2 is fakap now but my speed is ok

seriously it took me 3 months+ to persuade tm to uncap / throttling my youtube streaming vmad.gif they totally fakap as mx510 said...

why they doin this? to test their customer whether "we" didn't know what they doin?

i told the technician that came over my house to uncap my line.. and he did it.. and i'm on 5120/512 ever since he left tongue.gif

and my ip is switched from 60.52 to 115.134

i registered for 4mb becoz its a new place how long does tmnet takes to install a new port i just got my telephone line last week last time the port took me 3 months >.<

pingtest requires java, so enable javascript (for noscript users) or install the latest java, restart your browser and test again.

how actually should i ask the technician to prvide an uncapped line? haha.. really noob here.. icon_question.gif just applied the blockbuster deal for 4mbps and the technician should come soon..

lodge complaint to TM that your browsing is slow. that was what i did. they capped my conn around 5Mbps now.

fakap thing is my youtube is terribly slow. i know that they capped my conn as it can't go more than 30kBps. maybe tomorrow i lodge an another complaint regarding this.

I use a malaysian proxy (Jaring for exact) & it works like wonders. Full Speed on YouTube or any other site.
