Almost similar to my case, tho in my case, the new rate was introduced before I applied and TMPoint didn't bother to let me know.. I learned about the new rate a day after I applied .. and when I asked the call centre, they said that I'm on the new rate .. but when the bill came, it was on the old rate.. ohwell.. go to TMPoint and argue your case .. at least it save you RM240 for a year contract..
I see ... then looks like another trip to TMpoint is unavoidable ... sigh ... they never make it easy for customer ... thanks again wiraone.
