Cheras area Len Seng/Bkt Anggerik/Sri Bahagia, TM said no 4MBs !
Asked them why ? Told them our place not ulu-ulu place, KL-S'gor border... yet they said too farlah from depot,etc, all grandma stories!
The worse part was previously not the BB deal can get 1.2 to 1.3 all the time, now the wifi BB deal only around 0.8 to 0.9 !!!
Their usual reply.....KITA AKAN CHECK !! At the rate they r going,
better ask them to tar-pau !!!

I'm staying in Alam Damai, Cheras and just registered BB deal 4mbps few days ago. Now my speed is even slower than my old RM88 1mbps package.
Below are my speed according to different time line:

7am--> >3mbps
9am--> >1mbps
>12pm--> <1mbps
>7pm--> <512kbps (OMGWTFBBQ? O_o)
>1pm --> >1mbps

Conclusion--> Tm.Nuts is making me NUTS~!

Called the technician and he say the same thing like others do, "Sedang check, semua 4mbps system slow sangat sekarang." But from the previous post I read here, I don't think ALL 4mbps system slow.

Is any Alam Damai Cheras 4mbps user facing same problem now? Or am I the only 1?

tq for the info kaiserreich, so now they say my living area can support it but no more 4m port available already, so is there any way i could do to get like forcing them to get me the 4m connection???

hello all 4mb user ! i just got my BB4m upgrade done. line is unstable now, will Dc whenever calls get in my line, and did not get the full speed of 4M yet as the technical said need about 2 days to get full speed to blast. what about you guys ? today the technical said i can get about 3.3mbps only as they shown me the speedtest result... abit disappointing huh.... although its up to 80%~

bro, i think i share the same fate with u looking from your last post. i see that we get really snail-like speeds about this time frame, now i get about 500kbps only.. I'm from bandar tun hussein onn though

They have to fix this sooner or later or else I'm gonna shoot the customer service line everyday.
My Mr. Don't Care technician doesn't even bother to come over and fix it while the only few things he say is "sedang check", "I akan call tmnet check", etc etc.
I'm gonna call and ask for a change of technician if this continues.

FTP is throttled and HTTP is not

4mb users.. is Justin Tv throttle or you all can watch it smoothly? i'm considering to switch to 4mb if i can watch a smooth stream on Justin Tv without constantly trying to get a good IP range.. i am currently a 1mb user..

Streaming working great after the cable outage but the ftp is throttled but http is working fine

i rarely use FTP so i'm fine with that.. as long as i can get a smooth streams i'm happy enough.. can't ask too much from streamnutx.. and now to check if they can support the speed to my house.. LOL..

throttle have to use proxy for it

I went to TM point to change from Streamyx combo 4Mbps to BB deal 4Mbps. The CSR initially said there will be a charge since I am migrating from Wired Modem to Wireless Modem. Cannot choose whether i want the modem or not. If this is really the case, totally unfair practice by TM.

Made a call to '100', and was given a 'No charge...RM 0, free upgrade' reply.

Just got my 1mb upgraded to 4mb BB deals after 1 month..

Can I ask them to cap at 5mb with these status?
