hello guys, just want to know how long will it take if they problem is with DSLAM down?according to my technician, he said that it going to take around 2 weeks to repair. i just upgraded and now just stuck at 2MB speed. im still under the old 1MB account.

im still having problem with my installation, the technician told me that my DSLAM is down during the installation, that is why they cannot activate my 4MB account, they said need to wait for 2 weeks. i been calling the 100 everyday regarding my situation, i dont know how long this waiting game will going on?anybody have experience like me?how long will it take before they will finally install 4MB to my house?
