I just got my 4M line a few days ago but my ip 115.xx.xx really sucks at night. Certain websites are extremely slow to browse through.

I seem to be stuck to this ip address >___<

Actually I didnt expect such problem since its a 4M compare to my previous 1M. I thought at least I should get better speed in DL and browsing. Sigh..

For now, I will wait and test this ip range. If the problem persist, then I will make a complaint. It's pretty different from 1Mb...at least there is a few ip range I could use if the other is not really good.

I need a little advice. Is it possible to claim rebate for 4/5 days?

I was capped at 2Mpbs since Monday and only today my case is settled ie set back to 4Mpbs. ( after all the hassle of calling daily )

I am a newly subscriber of 4M.

The ips I can access is 110,175 and most of the time is 115.

Ever since their so called cable problem... the page downloading especially international websites is incomplete and had to refresh several times or worst error. Mom keeps complaining about the problem of reading her chinese novels especially towards the evening.

The access to host servers ie mediafire, megaupload is really really bad. Mirc especially rizon is going to be inaccessible soon.

I seldom reach 3M for download except local server.

Is this normal?

are we inaccessible to mediafire as well? i cant seem to get the link load no matter what ip addresses I change since this morning

already downloads suck....always below 1M...and if I am lucky below 1.5M...for host servers.

I think TM wants us to accept the CAP. Honestly, I dont mind the CAP ( FAIR CAP that is ) if they BLOODY unthrottle or UNwhatever they are doing now. almost all my internet browsing had to refresh or downloads are CLAMPED.

Mom is complaining like MAD....she says no different whether its 1M or 4M......she cant upload her Chinese Novels properly.

What I mean is my mom had to refresh several times to get her chinese novel webpages uploaded. At times, it just wont...I had to help her to change to the next page instead.

Another thing is I am having trouble of logging in...The past few days it takes me at least 3 attempts to log into streamyx every morning. ADSL light stable though.
