P1 confirmed that its FUP is 100kbps and will normalize the next billing date not 1st of the month.
The stupid and idiot part is that P1 webpage throttle speed still 400kbps for 1.2M usage. Their term and conditions clause 3.2 said it will be normalized subsuquent month. (does not say billing) P1 is practicing unfair policy. |

To try it out: • Configure your network settings to use the IP addresses 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 as your DNS servers or • Read our configuration instructions. If you decide to try Google Public DNS, your client programs will perform all DNS lookups using Google Public DNS. http://code.google.com/speed/public-dns/ Thanks. Lowyat_P1 Wimax |

Well it seem so. But check out the T&C clause 3. and their webpage under FAQ about it, it still does says 1st of the month or subsequent month. You can complain in this link http://www.cfm.org.my/ under unfair practice. |
