I have only two options right now, either get some 64bit drivers out ASAP, I don't care whether you have to bug the hell out of Greenpacket or whoever your driver team is that makes the drivers or terminate my contract with you WITH NO PENALTIES at all.

I have emailed, I have called your support line yesterday and wanted your bloody supervisor to talk to me but instead he pretended to be engaged with some other person and in the end I waited for the whole damn day for his call to request a proper solution instead of asking me to fork out another few hundred ringgit for a 32bit OS to just use your damn product.

And now you give empty promises regarding contacting me. What is this?

Just a question, If i subscribe to Home Plus, do i need to plug it to my LAN ?
I mean, one PC must be connected (modem LAN port to PC LAN port), and only the others need not do so?

what modem you use?

no, you dont have to connect the LAN to the pc for the MODEM to connect to the server.

if you have DV-300 ( wired only modem ) you NEED to connect the LAN port to the PC LAN port to get your COMPUTER to connect to the internet
if you have DV230 (wired/wireless modem) you can only connect to the wireless access point that you modem created using your computer, you dont NEED to plug in the wire. if you want to have stable connection from your MODEM TO PC you can connect the wire.

Lowyat_P1W1max,is that my internet speed follows(after is exceed the usage limit) what the policy you all promise me when i subscribed??I think if this kind of speed still exist the day after tomorrow on me,i've no choice but to call my cousin to write in to the newspaper as she is the star writer.I've given many chances to this so call p1 wimax(Fastest 4G broadband network,only if compare with snail).If the next 2 days(I'm very great hearted,so I'll give a duration of 2 days) when i run the speed test again,if the speed still the same,i will just pick up my phone,dial my cousin number,and tell her to do something about it.Besides,my mum is also quite fed up with it,she's going to hire any lawyer just to sue p1 because they're not giving us what they just promise us in the past few months back.Don't worry,to her she says hiring a lawyer is not an act of wasting money,as it's better than paying the p1 bill like a stupid without getting what we want.

I'm staying at palm spring condo, it's in between Dataran Sunway and Damansara Pelangi.

I need to ask you because i asked your promoting agents @ The Curve and some said it's on top my condo another time i ask they said it's @ Dataran Sunway on top the shoplots.

Please confirm which is which.
Some even told me my condo is sandwiched between 2 base towers ( one at pelangi damansara another one at dataran sunway )

I don't know about your rank in Packet One Networks i just assume you are a low level CSO, but this is an issue you must bring up to your management as this inconsistency from your agents will tarnish your image.
