Aster Grove 1 launched few weeks ago is 800K, 1.05M then further up. Phase 2 should be more up up up...

everything increase, even to enter the ballot....I lost my admired unit in last ballot … what to do.... just take another "lucky number"...

here we are again, the ever famous 'Denai balloting'.... There is nothing to be ballotted actually, all units must have been sold by now at this hours...on 9th-10th, those on ballot are 'limited odd lots'' lol

What time you go during phase 1?? I reach 10am already all sold out....

I went there on Friday..

Received call from my SA saying for P2 Aster Grove all unit will be open for balloting. No pre-booking allowed. So those interested still have 50/50 chance. Only P1 they allowed pre-booking for staff purchase and early bird.

Price forgot to ask

Starting price for Aster Grove 2nd phase is RM872,888

I'll go Guocoland for Rawang Emerald project, heard that RM800K can get 2.5 storey, build up about 4000sf, near jaya jusco. Sime Darby are just like vampire, earn too much, I won't let my hard-earn money go to their pocket

Its your choice mate....as long as you feel good about it, go for it..Rawang huhh?..emm..

Few years ago, I don't think I will consider Rawang at all, but now it's feel different, hehe. Jusco & chinese school are ready, huge commercial centre is coming soon, hope that is the great choice
