Why are there no projects similar to DPC in Klang Valley? I am sure someone would have copied the concept by now.

Doubt there's empty land of that scale amidst a matured township in KV anymore....

Only time can tell .+ve news is Tigerbank will open a branch there. If they dare to open branch there, means they expect volume.I hardly see any tigerbank branch without car 'double parking' during lunch hour..haha

That's good news....and following the trend...where the Tiger bank sets up its branch, the Octopus bank also will follow suit...

guys, there has been a robbery case at opulenia few weeks ago. security now is very tight as all the car entering will be required to register. and have seen police setting up road block as well.
better install a reliable alarm system guys!!

btw, it would be great to set up a denai alam community fb page.......i saw a existing page but is dead...

Opulenia are new or old development? When VP?..whats the current occupancy rate now.

Btw, there is a Denai alam Coomunity page in FB, but its a close group.Been trying to get in since last month, still no one accept

I do mind (like most buyer I guess). But having a look at non GnG price, I think GnG price will be more expensive and out of my reach. So my strategy remains. Setup a strong RA, push SD for parameter fencing and Guard. Do collection very month (like GnG).

Nowdays I think we lack of 'togetherness' in our neighborhood. Most people dont even know their neighbor. I really think the old Rukun Tetangga concept is brilliant. But since everybody busy, we substitute this with the lousy guard and expect them to take care of our property (like they care.. ). But if we have a strong RA, we can help each other, screen for better guards, push developer for better facilities, help neighbors during Raya/Festival time/working hours etc. Get close to each other..If outsiders/bad guys know we have strong RA, at least they would think twice before entering the neighborhood for doing crimes...

I hope all the safety issue will improved once the township is maturing.

If I was born King, I wont have all this issue...haha..but what to do..

Yes, agreed with you. We should get together and push SD to fence up and implement guard house. The more people write in requesting for G&G, the SD might catch our message. The property in DA already exceed million!!. It is no longer cheap. We deserve better security.

FYI, TTDI Alam impian launch their latest phase Zircona with G&G. And I notice I&P start to fence some of their existing phases. So in our letter to SD, we should highlight to SD that G&G is a neccesity not optional.

So let's start writing our letters. Who knows it might work.

BTW. I am your new neighbour Aster Grove. Hope to meet guys soon and start RA to build a better community.

Wats wrong wif our country nowadays. So many robberies n break in. But according to gov stats, crime rate has come down but i juz cannot reflect wat i see currently.

Seems like there's another launching for Aster Grove this coming weekend. Aster Grove 2. Any one has any info on the pricing range and etc?
