I learned that from some experienced people in DA also. I applied after 70% disbursement;). The bank said I could actually do that after 50%  |

You guys reminded me of the time when we (myself and neighbours) waited for VP of our houses. A lot of heartache, as SA (and other SD staffs) kept telling us different date. Total delay is 14 months. But of course newer phases won't experience that. |

Delay mostly due to rectification works on bad jobs done by the bad contractors. Anyway, I'm quite happy with the house...still got defects but relatively much better compared to previous phases |

Went to DA just now to signoff some doc. Saw they are setting up big tent for Weekend launching of Aster Grove. Booking will be thru balloting..
After that when around DA to have a look..took some photo of an almost complete unit (not sure what project..either Fern Lane or Clover Park)..When U see the photo maybe someone can tell me. When inside a unit to have a look at the finishing..
