There's a fair amount of active members over on DARA actually....

I think DARA is quite active with their gathering (atleast from their FB page). Maybe we can just 'tumpang' and join them. would be an easier approach. Can bring SnP if they dont trust us..haha

Yup, quite active....so are the hantus and penyangak;). There was an attempted break-in last week. Normally break-ins happen during the day when nobody's home. last week, at 2 am, very daring move, didn't budge even alarm went off. Luckily owners managed to shoo them away. Anyway, some phases are actively gathering support to hire own security.

Which phase did this attempted break-in happen?

Nobody here owners from Serista Lestaria Verdania or Opulenia? I really hope all 4 phase here can combine to form a strong community to hire security.

Happened at Lorong 50H, that's Verdania if I'm not mistaken. And yes, the phases that you mentioned are discussing to set up own security. Just join FB group, but I'm not very sure how to introduce yourself as genuine owner. They are talking about setting up a yahoogroup to communicate better.

Hey guys! Went to DA last weekend and I am seriously liking the place more and more with each visit. hehe. Actually took a drive around DA (more towards clover/ivy/fern area) looking for contractors for future renovation of the house. Completed phases such as clover park/ivy terrace has a security barrier where the guard actually stops you first to register yourself before you can proceed further. Anyways I am fully supportive of the idea of a gathering or meeting with owners or future owners of DA. Perhaps we can start off by arranging a meeting with just some forum members here?

Well...dunno what to say, I'm in both DA group and DA Closed group. Someone that is already a member there verified me as genuine. Or the best and fastest could be by registering with DARA. I was accepted as a member even when my house was being built (I mean not a resident yet).

Very good to hear that! We should meet up one of these days at DA. Asked the Sales Agent at DA and he said that Fern Lane would obtain the CF around Aug or Sept.
