I went last weekend, 1st phase serissa, cheapest 2 storey was 789k n sold out within 1-2 days.
FYI Serissa is only 22x80. I think your 30x80 , 3 storey Maple is a very good buy.

Wa lau, 2 storey also 789k n somemore sold out.
Then this weekend sure scramble...total how many

Btw, the 3 storey 22 x 80 is FROM RM1.1m.. People still buy.. Hehe

All unit are with own pool.no need to stay in condo anymore to have pool ..hehe

1st phrase launching is ONLY for Own staff and VIP only, i went there last week on Sunday morning 930AM. I'm the 1st customer, guest what.. the 1st phrase already sold out. Then i questioned the sales person why they ask me to come over to buy. They feel very sorry and said this launch is for internal staff and VIP only. i'm like huh.. what the f..? and asked how much is the second phrase price, they said additional 3% rise. omg, developer goreng the price? (my first though).

And today, i went to DA sales office launching Serrisa for public. the price is 799,888k for 2-storey, where 1st phrase only selling RM788k. Very disappointed to such a well-known developer, not fair for our public.

Funny them. Somemore increased the price by 3% and tell people this story.

Seems the 2 storey has great response no matter the price has extended to 799k onwards.

The Serissa phase I thought Was just launched. Don't even know actually it is separated by 2 phases and price increased by 10k???

I smell the vroom of DA is competing with AI township.

Now can confirm a big scramble for new landed prop.

Already known it will be good but was not aware it is not open to public purchase. SD seemed to be doing well recently, last week at BBR and this week here. Could it be because of their promotion with monetary benefits?

Part of it could be due to promotion to be frank. One like me would never consider buying with the current market price like now if without promotion..Most of us I think. Lot of people wanting to buy, for their own stay..but the price currently is not much to the liking..
