I'm afraid you can only get approvals from MBSJ in writing in order for you to transfer the Bumi Lot to Non-Bumi Lot.
Process takes almost 6 months. |

Im sure this 11th township is elimina lagong. It was supposed to be high class retirement homes but now theyve changed it to mixed developments. Mutiara damansara like township maybe?

however, must check the terms and conditions. I did not read. If you see it's not favouring you so its a losing battle. |
