I didn't actually like Clover Park's design during launch and on paper BUT when I viewed the actual unit - I LIKED IT A LOT. Especially the Angular Unit....

Build Quality for is really above the par of other developers.

You could actually sense the quality finishing and less 'cheapy' feeling materials that are used in their projects.

Overall am happy with my purchase....hey, if I'm intending to go for another unit - there has to be a feel good factor involved right?

hahah...hopefully more active..I'll be camping here more often until I got my key (2013 end I supposed)..Talked to my banker just now when I went to collect my LO, she said she received a lot of application for SD project recently (maybe due to the promotion) but DA is their top sales for now..her sister also stayed in DA but bought the house during one of the early phases @ about RM270k .....She must be laughing now

Good to hear that mate....The one at Fern Lane I bought for ownstay BUT am also eyeing for one unit at Clover Park which may also end up as my ownstay. All depends on how the mechanics & finances works out...

Congrats Feezar25 on your purchase;). I'm one of the earlier buyers in DA. Glad to see that this thread is beginning to be active.
Let me just share my experience here. Quality of houses from earlier phases in DA is very bad. Just google a thread in Malaysia Real Property forum and you can raed all the negative feedbacks. First occupation in DA I think is around 2006/7. Somehow I bought one unit (phase launched 2008, but SA offered me one from a cancelled purchase, that's what he said;)) in 2010, and prepared for the worst. The project was delayed about 14 months. From what I gathered, SD appointed the same bad contractor from the previous phases. What a heartache for me to see my house was all ready and looked fine from outside, but I had to wait for the rectification works that were done before handover. Anyway, after handover, think overal quality is so so only and this is based with discussion with neighbours too. Fitting in baths are those that you can buy in hardware shops. Maybe due to the higher price of newer launches, you get better fittings;). And quality wise, maybe SD has learnt tthe lesson, if so good for the new purchasers.
You can still see complains on Opulenia, Clover Par houses in the FB.
BTW I already mentioned here earlier, I bought Nerida (C3-1), corner, builtup- 3200 sqft, landsize around 4700. Bought for 720k in 2010. Though not really happy with the quality, I'm pretty happy that I made the decision to buy. can no longer afford the new launches.
