Yday called the SC, she said Honda Malaysia already informed thm about the rust issue and they will gv free coating on my NHC's rust area. but too bad they cant do it on Saturday, still need me to take half day leave to do it. haihz.... and my 2nd service (5k) is near, end of tis month but my car's mileage now only run 2.2k+ km only.

Got the car today. At first both the power mirror can't be adjusted via the electrical remote. Got a bit frustrated at first, but the problem was solved. A loosen socket.

Asked my SA regarding the coating, but to no avail. Why is the communication of notice not transferred properly. I think I should personally file a complain to Honda Malaysia. It's already a bit rusting

Ok maybe it's a little late to ask, but before you start the engine, you turn to the first stage where all the electronics starts. There's 6 beeps before it stops and I wonder what does that mean?

You need to give them more details, owner name, registration no, dealer name, proffered service location, etc.
I sent them an email and they have responded within 2 hours.
Very nice.

Well, Honda Malaysia replied asking for more details

1) Purchaser's full name
2) Car reg. no.
3) Car model
4) Purchasing dealer
5) Preferred service centre
6) Has this been reported to your purchasing dealer?

So those that still haven't get your problems solved, do use it as your references.

I just got a call from my Service Centre, Tenaga Setia Jln 222. They will be giving me free coating on the rusted knuckle. I told them can they coat the brake discs as well as Stream, CRV & Accord came with coating. Well, I'll see how it goes during the appointment on 3 May.

Ya, juz go and change it. I already changed mine on last mth..changed to Crystal likes 1. It will make ur car looks nicer.

Ya, My SC also call me juz nw. She said edi make appointment for me on 21st Of April. I said cannot la, I need to arrange my time and job first. Need to take leave also ler. Will call her back and let her knw whn i free to do the free coating on next monday. She said Sat cannot do coz Sat got many customers.
