Mostly highway rite? Hehe.. If base on my calculation, 1 full tank on purely highWay with speed 90-110km/h can hit >800km with 20km/litre.. who dare to try? Just like go n back from kl to johor..

My full tank until the light came on I only clocked about 240km. I wonder after 2nd service will make a different a not....

No, buddy. It's 240km. Full city drive. Jam everyday. I will try my pump full tomorrow and see how it goes. Maybe I rev too much.

Ic.. Idle for long, fuel gone along.. If always jamming n short road distance.. Light foot is the treat.. Long journey n jam free, heavy foot till it goes 110km/h then u remain below 2.5k rpm will give u >20km/litre fc..

yah bro, you probably rev too much. In congested situation, don't lah follow the cars so near. Just slowly accelerate then slowly close in before stopping. People want to slot in, let them be. Already jam, doesn't make difference one or 2 cars slot in front of you. But makes lots of difference if you rev all the way just so that people cannot cut in front of you.

Actually not heavy footer. If I start from stationery, 1st gear till 2.8k RPM, then for all other gear below 2.k.
what about you? what's yr RPM reading?

Added on June 15, 2010, 9:00 amYeap. I have to idle quite alot every morning which kinda sucks. the place i'm heading to is full of slope, that self explains why i need to pump more petrol to get it going.

so far, yesterday just pumped full tank. FC 12km/l only. Lots of stop and go situation.

Added on June 15, 2010, 9:08 ambut speaking of which, I didn't rev mich. 1st gear till 2.8k max, other gears till 5th is all below 2.5k. But sometimes when I reached 5th gear, due to the condition of the road the car will downshift to 3rd to give me the extra boost. it really scares the hell outta me. my previous 4G can clock 400km easily. 100% city. NHC 240km. Kidding meh?

Maybe you could share with us yr driving pattern. Most probably it's the driving pattern and the idling.

For me ..... 20% jam ... 80% highway ....

From 0km/hr i will rev to like 2.5k rpm ..den remain around 2k...

Full tank is around 480km i guess.

As usual, seldom rev beyond 3k, once 2 times as far as I remember.
Idle is around 800 to 1k rpm
Well, I shift the gear to N whenever there is a stop and go situation, i.e. traffic light.
Normal speed I travel is < 80km/h.

Wow, that sucks man... Less than 300 km per full tank?? Should be called Honda Highway instead lol..

Same case with my Myvi.. 260 km then last bar blinking.. My city can go 350 km on 100% city drive even with 17" rims and always 4-6k RPM, open V-Tec.. 120 km/h on normal roads..

Eh...can't compare old city with NHC cause old HC have a gearbox that save FC a lot.

I also drive almost 100% city. Everyday also quite jam. LDP all along. Someones can 80km if I am late for work cause less congested already. Can go around 70-90km along the road.

I also do like you guys, less than 3k RPM for changing gears and 2.5k RPM in higher gear change. Try to keep below 2k RPM when on constant move. Around 80-90km/h is the most optimized speed. It constant below 2k RPM, low wind noise and very smooth ride. Very comfortable at this speed and can't feel the speed also. I love it when can go constant 80km/h, totally in a comfort zone.
