BTW , my iphone is from Maxis and i am using DIGI... You just need to run Blackra1n evertime after the reboot. I guess a maxis 3GS is safe enough to upgrade to 3.1.3 and use as normal (but no longer you can JB) |

got my replacement set here just now. and it comes with fw3.1
now i wanted to upgrade to 3.1.2 and jb it but itunes doesn't let me even using recovery mode, anyone can help? 3gs here

i doubt he can even move to 3.1.2 because Apple has already stop allowed signing of 3.1.2
i guess you'll have to stick with 3.1 if you wanna jailbreak and pray that your phone does not need to restore.

BTW , my iphone is from Maxis and i am using DIGI... seems ure been infected by ikkie virus/worm.... u have to understand the purpose of Jailbreak.... but to answer your question... you can use your iphone woth 3.1.3fw without JB... but u loose all of your JB apps and you'll be having that dull black background for a while....  |

Can I unlock / activate it? Because I stuck at the emergency call stage ><

Sorry, you have to live with this until a new Unlock solution is release (which is unlikely till OS 4.0) - you should have read the warning before trying any update...
