huh..? sorry, dunno wat u mean. Hmm i set my monitor to maximum which is 1600x900 while for cs 800x600. Still ingame, its in full 20inch view, how to make it 19inch view?

In game graphic setting there. turn off widescreen mode, or set it to 4:3.

Touchscreen look cool. But question is: Are you going to "touchscreen" everytime?

Touch screen is useful for cash registered machine type, order key in, but ordinary computer usage, it could be your hand will be tired fast, as your hand won't rest on table everytime you touch unlike using mouse. While your hand work more (to touch from left to right in a 23" screen you hand move more compared to mouse scrolling) which could be tireness for the hand as well.

Touchpad in laptop is problematic even until now. So may be explore the touchscreen on laptop is the area should be look for? instead of desktop.

we got Wacom for that, which is cheaper and it can be placed on table surface

Drawing? yes, but you finger might be too 'thick', need sharpener to sharp your finger tips first.

but it just use mouse to move, i saw on that video , where there finger move , the mouse arrow move too, so i think it can adjust on software , like photoshop, u wan slim or thick

Like Mr dattebayo say, we have Wacom for drawing. we can't drawing like that anyway. Are you willing writing word(not typing) like that? I more prefer he(screen) lie on table, not standing at there.
