So, if you buy another one way ticket to Macau, the first one is considered "burnt" ah?  In the end, how much is the total air fare (original + additional) for this trip?
*
this new one way = rm350

the old one i departure from HK = rm400++

additional expenses to travel back to macau via ferry 2 ways = rm300

arrival macau = rm300

this is for 2 pax.

rm1350 for 2 person.

Havent include expenses this and that.. rough estimation would be around 4.5k for 8d 7n excluding personal expenses..

although i find that 8d 7n is a bit too much for HK+ macau, but i still find that what your plan is worth. 4d 3n is seriously too short to most places. Make it a nice long trip, then next time can visit other place
*
i would say no need rush like mad.. my gf got more time to shop.
I can slot one evening session for stanley market, stroll around the beach and enjoy the night scenery.
One day for Ocean park. A full day disneyland. A full day outlet/warehouse hunting around HK.

Go shatin and skip yung kee roast duck (coz near to town but more expensive) so can go "sam tseng" for the yue kee instead lol~~

8D7N is just enough for me to cover most attractions in HK and visit all casinos in Macau smile.gif

Not much of gambler, but i can spare sometime for real MAcau visit.. Senado square much nicer to visit during night time..
Maybe catch some performance/show in Macau. Have a portugese dinner, instead of spending only a day munching on all the snacks like pork burger, tarts and other snacks. lol

For myself, HK is never "enough"..lot's of places to visit besides the "standard" tourist attractions.

Here's a crazy idea from me:
If you and gf can take few days off before the September trip, say maybe June/July, make a separate trip to HK.
Have a look at Cathay Pacific's website, air fare is as low as RM800+ all in for a HK return ticket, per person.

Honestly, money wise, additional RM1350 is not that worth (if compare to Cathay Pacific Super Economy Fare). BUT, if you and your gf are happy, then go with your plan, buy the new ticket and extend your stay.

1:00pm: Mido Cafe for lunch
2:00pm: Walk from Yau Ma Tei down to Mongkok + sightseeing

8:30pm: Take Bus up to Peak (will tram be faster?)
9:00pm: Madame Tussaude
10:00pm: The Peak
10:30pm: Any place for late dinner? After the peak or on the way back to hotel in Kowloon.
12:00pm: Go back hotel.

Day 2. Wednesday
9:00am: Lin Heung Tea house for dimsum
10:00am: What else to do in Central? IFC Mall? Mid level Escalator?
2:00pm: Sing Heung Yuen for an early tea/late lunch
2:30pm: Head to Stanley Market
8:00pm: Dinner in 4 seasons claypot rice (behind of Casa hotel)
8:30pm: Ladies Street / sneaker street
10:30pm: Temple Street (why this last? coz it operates till late)
11:30pm: Honeymoon dessert (please recommend nearby Yau Ma tei)

Day 3. Thursday
9:00am:Kam Wah Cafe
10:00am: Anything to fill in between Kowloon or Central?
12:00am: Mak's Noodle
1pm: Disneyland

Here's what i planned,

Good to see that you are dropping Macau and concentrate on HK.

Day 1 Tuesday
10:30am:Reach Macau, take ferry to TST star ferry
12:00pm:Check in Hotel
1:00pm: Mido Cafe for lunch
2:00pm: Walk from Yau Ma Tei down to Mongkok + sightseeing
3:00pm: Walk down from Mongkok Go Ding ding collect our disney tickets then walk down to TST + sightseeing
4:00pm: Stop at Jordan for Tea time in Australian Dairy Co.
5:00pm: 1881 Heritage and surrounding
7:00pm: Avenue of Stars and symphony of light
8:30pm: Take Bus up to Peak (will tram be faster?)  Tram faster, provided no queue for ticket.  But still need to add in travelling time from AOS to the tram station at Garden Road.  Direct bus from Central Pier 5 to The Peak takes 35mins.
9:00pm: Madame Tussaude
10:00pm: The Peak
10:30pm: Any place for late dinner? After the peak or on the way back to hotel in Kowloon.
12:00pm: Go back hotel.

Day 2. Wednesday
9:00am: Lin Heung Tea house for dimsum
10:00am: What else to do in Central? IFC Mall? Mid level Escalator?
2:00pm: Sing Heung Yuen for an early tea/late lunch
2:30pm: Head to Stanley Market  If your main intention is to stay till late evening, then can go there a bit later.  The Market itself is not that big, but a good place to shop for souvenirs and cheap clothes, 2 hrs enough liao.  My suggestion is to move Madam Tussauds/The Peak to Day 2 morning, then to Stanley in the evening
8:00pm: Dinner in 4 seasons claypot rice (behind of Casa hotel)
8:30pm: Ladies Street / sneaker street
10:30pm: Temple Street (why this last? coz it operates till late)
11:30pm: Honeymoon dessert (please recommend nearby Yau Ma tei)

Day 3. Thursday
9:00am:Kam Wah Cafe
10:00am: Anything to fill in between Kowloon or Central?   If not, just head straight to Disneyland
12:00am: Mak's Noodle
1pm: Disneyland
8pm: Leave after Fireworks
9pm: Yung Kee Roast Goose (Possible to eat this late?)
10pm: Lan Kwai Fong
11:30pm: Auntie Sweet Dessert (operate till late? dont mind travel late)
1am: Head back to Hotel

Day 4.Friday
10:00am:Joy Hing BBQ Meat for early lunch
11:00am: Slot for last minute usage eg: shopping/sourvenir
1:00pm: Check out from hotel
1:30pm: Head to Tung chung Citygate  Any baggage to check in?  If so, check whether airline allows early check in and baggage drop, head straight to the airport, drop the baggage and take the shuttle bus to Tung Chung
5:30pm: Head to Airport
6:30pm: get a quicky dinner
7:00pm: Head home.

My questions,
1. Those places like Kam Wah normally operate during noon or from morning ? i wanna try the polo bun/egg tarts but i scared morning dont have. It opens for breakfast and through out the day

2. Havent check the official web for Madame, so possible to visit around 9pm? I know it super rush but if able to do then i can have more night time to spare for stanley market. Opening hours 10am - 10pm, last admission at 9.45pm.

3. Do Taxi charge 2x after midnight just like ours?  Not sure about this, but there are night buses.

4. How long do i need if travel from stanley back to Kowloon? 1hr ? Bus no. 6A from Stanley to Central Exchange Sq takes 55mins, plus ?MTR, total >1hr.

5. If possible, can help recommend me something for those that i not sure what to do..

Thanks!!~

need a word of advice,
it is ok to book a hotel for 3 nights in Causeway Bay
will it be inconvenient, or it doesnt matter since we are out most of the time?

Just only realize that I will be going to Hk island more than kowloon.

Hence my advise is plan the places that u wanna go the most then decide ur area to stay. Why? It's more cost benefit. Ofcourse the hotel must be within walking distance to mtr.
