QUOTE(future80 @ Jun 18 2010, 01:22 PM) I am not sure whether all branches also like that, but I can say the branches near my town is not meet my satisfication, expecially the 'infront' counter person who responsible for assign number, working attitude not good as everytime his face very dark, never smile, most important thing is his working attitude! I think it is better for them to put a small machine that giving ' number' , like others bank do. some of thier branches also using that machine, but this branch near my town(no MB in my town) has no such thing. I think all maybank branches will have to go to the person at the counter for your number. I do not know why maybank make it that way. QUOTE(MilesAndMore @ Jun 18 2010, 05:17 PM) this is following attitude, follow is can but need to implement & execute right way , but they didnt doing right, even it make the situation worst. they just seems like buying a BMW, but they didnt use it property, they use R gear for all trip, use handbrake for all stopping. I believe all branches will soon be renovated to include a desk near the main door manning the number machine. Maybank finished renovating three of their branches in my area and everyone now has to go to the front desk to get the queue number. Honestly, CIMB Bank never get it right either. Many have complained the staff at the front desk is rude. Guys, have something to ask. You know the brochures included with the card monthly statement?
Comes with promotions. The 0% Interest, phones sold by KTS Klang? Can this be deducted automatically every month by using a debit card? This post has been edited by solsekuin44: Jun 18 2010, 07:47 PM |

No. That is not true. Public Bank is still issuing the old MEPS-based ATM card (blue color) and the new Day2Day ATM-cum-VISA debit card. The daily withdrawal limit can be set via any Public Bank ATM for both card types. For the Day2Day ATM-cum-VISA debit card, you may also set the daily purchase limit. Please note that daily purchase limit is different from the daily withdrawal limit. Daily withdrawal limit is the one for the maximum amount of cash you can withdraw from the ATM while daily purchase limit is the maximum amount you can swipe at any places accepting VISA. The maximum daily withdrawal limit is defaulted at RM5,000/day for both card types and you can lower it to RM1,000/day, RM3,000/day etc.. As for the Day2Day VISA debit card, the maximum purchase limit can be set is RM10,000/day. By the way, i suggest you lodge a complaint to their customer care unit. |

QUOTE(moncold @ Jun 26 2010, 10:38 PM) wanna ask here, minimum how much u have to put into the bank when u're applying for a PB day2day debit card? RM250 of initial deposit. You can't withdraw the money until after 7pm or 8pm on the same day you opened the account. After that, the minimum amount must be kept inside the account is only RM1 at all time.sorry if this question was asked before >.< This post has been edited by MilesAndMore: Jun 26 2010, 10:53 PM |
