After about 50+ hours of burn in
Eterna is better than I thought
although the bass is not as strong as other bassy earphone
but the bass is stronger than Tfi 10 or phonak
N the detail is also very sweet
really is an underpriced gem

not to me it isnt..
but i had to eq it a bit to tone down some of the bass(if im listening to normal volume, not necessary at low volume), and correct the highs..

got a listen to it a few days ago,
albeit not enough time for me to enjoy and experiment,
from what i heard,
bass is good (not that bassy as claimed just enough and good~)
and it shines with its isolation (which i almost constantly needed in my workplace)
one of the better one in term of isolation for me.

in term isolation and comfort, comply foam will be a good choice. stock bi flange give isolation but it's hurt my ears after wear for few hrs.

not really sure about that.. i hear minor hissing just plugging eterna into W1.. it's a sensitive iem.. :|
it does open up with the w1 though.. but i simply dont like the idea that i have to be listening at higher (more than 30%) volume just so that the hissing is not heard to my ears...

Not many amps are designed to take IEMs.
If you design for IEMs, the headphone crowd will not buy - not enough power to drive some bigger headphones.

So have to compromise inbtwn, but i don't know abt you..
FA products in general quite hard to drive.

Listen at low volume it loses its dynamics and shine.

lol eterna is designed for bassheads.

If its too much bass, theres silverbullets which are more mids centric and have a lighter bass thump compared to the eternas.

depends on genres.

People who like vocals and classical, will like silverbullet.
Bassheads - rock/hip hop etc will like eterna.

Each has its strong points but they're very niche in their strengths, you can't make it a general purpose phone. Though both a very musical and fun.

If you want something that takes the mold of your source and amp which you pair with your music, then RE0.

But you need a good amp to bring out the bass.
