most of it is the fit issues...
the double stock flange of eterna give me a good isolation but i notice that my left ear sound hollow and unbalance.... i thought at first the earphone broke down or something but actually it was my left ear lobe is bigger than my right.... so i didnt hear quite right...

its all just about the same, try shallow inserting but all i can hear was the bass thumping and i feel so fatigue, so i go for deep insert which my right ears dont have any problem but my left start to sound thin and hollow... and the sound feels so unbalance....

only ck100 foam tips and custom sleeve that gives me balance to my left and right...
and sounded the bass was more controlled, less harsh on the mids and i can hear vocals clearly

it will be good if Comply Foam tips can work, they are flexible and comfortable

i dont know about comply tips... since the eterna's stem is kindda small than usual earphones

t500/t400 works well with it.
tames the bass and tightens it so that it removes the boomy-ness makes it more bearable on a warmer source.

FA's stock tips are horrible, too soft to get a good seal.

Other tips i've tried are soundmagic's PL30 and UE SF5p/TF10p silicon tips, the size is the same.

How about the sound if using PL30, UE tips? Silicon tips last longer and makes me interested

PL30 has the olive like foam tips which is more enduring for abuse.
It does the same to tighten the bass.

Silicon tips is a very iffy thing, some tracks they're okay some they're just too boomy - the mids are bloated.
not to forget that the IEMs itself is very picky on source.

i could not agree more with the bolded statement.... not to mention eterna will sound horrible with bad recordings....

just a little information for you guys. previously i owned an ie8. then about a month ago i borrowed an eterna from my friend for a week. a week later i sold my ie8 and got an eterna. haha. personally i think eterna is a really fun phone to listen to, but then ie8 definitely has more control.

sold ie8 for eterna?? it must be really good..
need to audition.

Good for the wallet hehe, changing IE8 to eterna still pockets alot spare change haha.

Did you guys notice that the "fischer" logo looks like the F word? I mean the "is" on "fischer" looks like "u"

tried
kitaro - caravansary - 320kbps.. bass, mids, trebles and drums are just spot on..
ghost in the shell - making of a cyborg - Flac.. lots of drums.. but still sounded like i think it should.. not too much, not lacking either


maybe cranking volume would be a different story tho...
still using lowest vol.. after proper burn in baru stat blasting..
