i think there is a sensor on top (two hole) dont know what to call them but i assume 1 is for light sensor and the other is vibrate sensor.

light sensor where you hold your phone near to your ear it will cover the hole and backlight will off for energy saving.
vibrate sensor i thnk is when incoming call if you move your phone ringtone will decrease.

Hi all... I just got my HD2 a few days ago, and I think I've hard-resetted it for about 7-8 times. After installing certain programs, I get that "A problem has occurred with services.exe" error, and end up losing my lock screen (the one with the slide-to-unlock). Any body encounter this? One example would be the 4x4 grid shortcut on homescreen, sure get this error. For me, I like that unlock screen...

I installed Sprite backup, and successfully made one error free backup file, but after making the backup file also get this services.exe error. Anybody else gets this problem?

The 20 Quick Links is from here.

I had the same service.exe error but somehow it disappeared after I restored the latest backup from Sprite Backup.

Lock screen will disappear each time you reset the device. Just press the Power button for 3 secs and than choose Lock Device and you are back in business brows.gif

you are planning to buy.the official car holder? any news about it and when is it gonna be available?
*
I think it is wiser to get the official car holder even if the navipanel did not appear in our local version. Till now i tried 3 of the RM 15- 20 range holder, and i don't really feel secure leaving the HD2 on hanging on them since it jumpped off the very 1st one which cost rm20.

With the HD2 hanging on the in car holder, we can save cost by not using a bluetooth earpiece as the speaker is good enough for me. And it is easier to answer incoming calls with just one hand while the other stay on the wheel. Not to mention, we do need a car holder when using garmin / mapking.

Would seriously consider letting go if can get 2750 for it. But I am quite doubtful.
