just picked up my iphone 3gs white 32gb, prepaid. will be using it tomorrow with my digi prepaid sim.

just wondering aside from video calls, what other 3g services i won't be able to make use, since i'm gonna use my digi sim card, instead of the maxis one?

Majority of the forummers have reported Maxis has closed the prepaid / outright purchase option but there's been a handful of forummers who reported they've managed to purchase an outright unit via the prepaid method.

You can do a walk-in pre-order but that will take about 45-60 days of wait time. Don't know if you'll be lucky enough to get a walk-in prepaid set; most unlikely IMO.

U can get it there.. But the price will be higher than maxis.. U can pm me if u really want to buy.. I can help u..

Last time we are able to do that with prepaid but now Maxis has closed it. Thus you can only get an iPhone with a contract now.

Wanna ask did anyone order from Mahkota Maxis Centre in Melaka? How long did u guys waited? Order it with I-value 1. is it possible if i wanna upgrade from 16gb to 32gb?

i'm new here. what happened with iphone 3gs? anybody know why maxis don't have a stock? is it because the phone are very good?

seem like most of people here not satisfied with maxis.

There was not enough stocks for the current market demand and Maxis has to resort to pre-booking for iPhone. That is actually fine for most people, but what makes people sad and angry with Maxis is the uneven distribution of the phone to people who pre-book it. Some gets it on the spot, some get it earlier, some get it incredibly late.

oo ok...i think the phone are good. that why the demand are so high..

i only will say the phone is good for people that need internet most the time ...

if you only use for call and sms then iphone is a waste of money
