I did. I ask the the head of iphone department promoters team cos i was also mad that i call 123 and they say got hotlink package and then when i reach klcc they say dont have. So i ask is there anyother way to get one? or any MEP then he say got. Then he explain to me how i explain to you

From my understanding, Malaysian telcos don't practice the ETF system like the ones used by AT&T or Sprint in the States. Basically, there is no ETF so if you do decide to terminate your contract, you'll be paying what Maxis calls a pro-rated amount aka whatever amount you have to pay in the upcoming months till your contract ends. And of course, there is the administration fee but I didn't ask the lady I spoke with about that.

I guess it is possible to get an early termination + some penalty without having to pay for the full contractual duration's amount if you fake some reason (i.e migrating to Anchorage or something) and speaking to the managers. That's a big MAYBE though...

Then again, maybe you might want to get some clarification from the managers themselves or someone higher up. Seems like most of the reps in the Maxis centers are pretty clueless, one of them was feeding wrong Blackberry sales info to a poor customer. Made me cringe

I think you should just go try your luck and see if the stock is there or not. Sometimes the stock is there already but they haven't contacted you. Just don't get your hopes to high up then you'll be ok.

Maxis called me just now and said there was some technical problem between the dealer and maxis..... the phone is already tagged with my name but still cant go through them... now they tell me i will get the phone before next wednesday... i hope this time is true la.... next wednesday are my 51days of waiting. =.="
