Hey guys, been busy with my IPhone(messing around with Cydia and such) but here's my collection date and info.

In conclusion, I find that the Hotline could actually help you if they choose to. I think some of the people here might have had bad experience with them due to circumstances that they could not control(unresponsive Maxis centers) or customers just call them with guns ablazing and yelling. So please be polite to them, since from what I gathered, they themselves don't have all the information and they have to call the Maxis center to help you(and even then, sometimes they can't get through). State your case to them (if it is reasonable), and just be polite, if they had genuinely tried their best to help you, please don't make life difficult for them.
I hope my information helps you guys to get your IPhone earlier, or at the very least, ontime.
Also, I'd recommend everybody to go to Machines at Gardens, by far, the best and most friendly and helpful customer service I've encountered in any other Machines shop( was there shopping for accessories after I got my IPhone). I'd stay away from the old wing BU one though, as they have this very arrogant "big" guy at that store who talks like he owns the freaking store.
