I feel that really long.
After I leaved the MAXIS CENTER, I went nearby Maxis Exclusive Partner(MEP),
they only request to wait for 2 weeks.
will the stock got problem or what??
I wondering how it can be so big diff since they all under MAXIS.

any surcharge for the installment plan??
some said that's 4% charge

diffrent MEP have diffrents set of orders so.. depents on how many they need. so its depentdend on every diffren MEP

It is better for you to check on each and every MEP's feedback from this thread. Some MEPs promise a short period of waiting time but takes a much longer time to fulfill your purchase than Maxis Center.
Also, take note different model of iPhone will have different waiting period.

yeah, dun book with a MEP named phone star in Sunway, they do not keep their promise and their customer service is poor.

Don't dream about that because you have already sign a contract before they book ur iphone isn't it? Violating the contract is subject to penalty.

I asked the MEP at TAMAN CONNAUGHT.
Dunno that's good or not...

i juz order my iphone yesterday at klcc.
juz fill up details at their pc n pay rm200. then the salesperson give me a receipt and ask me to wait for call. but didn't sign any agreement or contract. so izzit my order valid? or should the salesperson give me to sign any document?

If you can afford to fork out the moolah, go ahead and give it a try. Then sell it. I think you can still make a 'few ringgit'. At the same time, you would be testing their system and probaly, if you succeed, prove how disorganized they are.

i waited for 2 hours over the centre thr end up i got ntg!!!!
b4 i go, i already made a call to 123 and confirm that thy can prepare an authorisation letter for me to collect iphone on behalf of the principal line..
because i am the supp line, principal is my dad who is staying at hometown, so i was trying to arrange my dad to come to KL and sign up the iphone idata 2 plan. afterall, the maxis centre counter girl told me that only the line principal can collect the iphone. then i ask her to issue an authorization, she said no such thing. i said i called 123 and check with them, thy said ok one... who noes she replied "ah, dun call 123, thy speak non sense one!" What is this?! meaning 123 that i called is fake one? thy serving Digi one not maxis, and thy joke at me?! what the hell!!!? so so so frustrated, wasting my time, my effort of arranging everything!!!!!!!! Sxxcks maxis customer service!!!!

should not be the CS issuing an authorization letter instead it should be ur dad.

btw that, I went KLCC Machines today, they told me they hv not selling iphone there??

Well, i asked edy, she said either way also cannot.. only principal can collect the phone.

call orange mobile and ask bout my booking status. The guy just ask me whether is it hotlink or postpaid. I said hotlink and he straight away say hotlink haven come.. need wait 1 or 2 month .. I told him other maxis center and MEP can give out within 1 month why you guys can't.. he answer "all maxis center same"

i am like wth????

You waited how long already bro??If 1 month already,just go there and blast them and make sure you get your phone..2 month is too much already..

my friend went there too, did the same procedure as you. but i think you should be fine lah. cause when i booked mine from Machines KLCC, i just had to fill in my information and pay RM200, and only signed the contract on the day of collection itself.

3 weeks.... I will be patient for another 1 week then...

i did sms orang mobile (jj maluri) they told me they didnt take hotlink prebooking anymore..huhu...

I just come back from Maxis Sunway Pyramid, i went there and check the status of my iPhone 3GS 16GB black order status but, they said, no stock yet. I order on 18hb Sept, so i'll wait another 15 days coz they says must wait 45 DAYS..
