WTH!!! stupid maxis!!!!
i waited for 2 hours over the centre thr end up i got ntg!!!! b4 i go, i already made a call to 123 and confirm that thy can prepare an authorisation letter for me to collect iphone on behalf of the principal line.. because i am the supp line, principal is my dad who is staying at hometown, so i was trying to arrange my dad to come to KL and sign up the iphone idata 2 plan. afterall, the maxis centre counter girl told me that only the line principal can collect the iphone. then i ask her to issue an authorization, she said no such thing. i said i called 123 and check with them, thy said ok one... who noes she replied "ah, dun call 123, thy speak non sense one!" What is this?! meaning 123 that i called is fake one? thy serving Digi one not maxis, and thy joke at me?! what the hell!!!? so so so frustrated, wasting my time, my effort of arranging everything!!!!!!!! Sxxcks maxis customer service!!!! |
