anyone booked their iphone 3GS in sunway Pyramid roadshow? Got the phone? I booked mine on the 7th of September, until now still no news from them

you booked yours in sunway pyramid, its under maxis, but mine is under agent of maxis(MEP) its different, i sure hope i booked under maxis as maxis will response when u called or email them, but as for the MEP, they just keep on giving excuses and put all the blame on maxis saying they didn't supply the stock to them.

i called, they say my iphone not arrived yet

i already made noise to both Maxis and the MEP, but to no avail...

i do not know there is 2 different booths also...been conned, phone star sucks, customer service is very bad

nope, i didn't cause i called them up yesterday, and they gave me the same crap, saying maxis did not give them the stock yet,i dunno what to taruk them dy, u called?

it seems like most of the ppl posting here got their iphone ,maybe i should call up and screw maxis as well, its time to scold them kau kau cause last time i didn't, try to be nice to them and this is what i get from it, wait wait and wait......

yeah, dun book with a MEP named phone star in Sunway, they do not keep their promise and their customer service is poor.

Got my phone yesterday:

Booking date: 07/09/09
Collection date: 19/10/09
iPhone: 16gb black

when i collect my phone, i came to know that the MEP or Maxis center depend where u buy your phone from are the ones that decide who to give the phone to when the stock arrives, so guys if u waited more than 30 days, give them a call, make noise, if not they might give the phone that is rightfully yours to some other ppl that bug them everyday. I got my phone through the hard way, calling the MEP and Maxis to check on the phone status, good luck.

yes u can, my fren bought his iphone in Australia, its unlocked, u can use it with any sim card of any telco including Maxis, Digi , Celcom......the list go on

u can read the forum to get the information on the differences or you can just google. I think if you get an iphone 3G from maxis, maybe they will let u buy it without contract and no need to wait, you can just ask them.

if you are fine with iphone 3G and do not want to wait, then you can opt for that phone.
