Hi, I bought a 16gb Kingston Compact Flash card for my A200 before I came to uk, after taking significant amount of photos after coming to uk, I plan to transfer them to my pc.
When I connect my A200 to my pc with the cable, it says my Mcard is corrupted, requesting me to format my Mcard. *sob* Luckily, I changed the settings in the camera (something like if connect with cable, it goes to different memory). This enable me to transfer the photos. I formatted my Mcard using my camera and changed back the settings. Connect again, and it still asks me to format my Mcard. What's wrong? If I use the PC to format my Mcard by connecting the camera (since I dont have a card reader), does it affect the camera? Because my Mcard is 16gb, but the PC asks me to format for an amount of 8gb only. Is there anything wrong? |

went to foto miami yesterday....cobra still no stock...check price in digital mall...the shop selling cobra for 1.2k....

and a lot of news i missed out...if i didnt read here, i wouldnt know alpha have new FF line up - A850...and a550 will launched soon... owh..so many things i miss... morning guys...how u all doing?? owh by the way, about the DxO thingy... is it a software for noise therapy???? |

what i know is the noise level at high ISO from A550 is better then A700 even with firmware v.4 ... that is enough for me..

DxO is a software to process RAW and it can reduce the noise level quite effectively as I've heard lar... haven't tried it before. And yup, the A550 has just been lauched and the A850 is the cheapest FF digital SLR you can buy right now. |

has anyone tried to print photos on bunting/banner material? how was the quality? i wanna print photos on large media, abt 2' x 3' and mount it on wooden frame, like those gallery one, hehehhe. wondering if the photo/poster will turn out great |
