finishing looks extremely poor. i am pretty sure the leather is corrected grain. i wouldn't do it.

estimated a pair will cost me 250 including shipping
even if corrected grain, is it worth it?
i currently only own one pair of zara oxfords which i find high uncomfortable for work.
planning to use these samuel windsor for daily work use. or even for semi formal occasions.

You may want to check out the discussion on SW shoes - http://www.styleforum.net/showthread.php?t=20383

Personally, I'd spend the 100 quid on a pair of Loakes or Barkers. There's also a nice pair of Sanders wholecut on sale for 75GBP here - http://www.pediwear.co.uk/sanders/products/3029.php

Their old store on Jln.TAR no longer exists. You can find the map to their current location here:

what a waste! you should have gotten a cedar wood shoe tree instead of the plastic one. it will prolong the life of the jones. trust me on this.
