wow.. confirmation can get increment. many companies out there don't offer increment after confirmation anymore.

My first company didnt even offer me probation, straight away permanent and hence, i do not get increment at all after employment. And really lousy. Glad i quit my job after 1 year, phew. Happy with current company now

im also work for chinaman cmpany, got increment after my 6 month probation but less than 10%..quite sad actually.

I want to ask, is it the Category Management Exec & Manager in FMCG pays very well? I heard some rumors & a relative said 1 year experience or less can get over RM 5k monthly. Personally I doubt so.

well the truth is, overseas company pays very well compare to local. so if your earning for money, go for overseas. if you plan for retirement, go for local. |

My company gives 2-5% increment every year. Last yr most of us get 5% and those who worked less than a yr get 2%. For this yr, the management haven't announce yet. Till now I'm still stuck at the last amount that i posted here last yr. FYI, this company also nvr give bonus. Haiz. |

The overall package including special allowances, car maintenance & petrol fleet car entitlement, is over RM 4k.
