anyone here knows a typical DB2 Database administrator for 3-4 years working experience are getting how much in Malaysia?

that's very low. at least, he/she should be getting RM3.5k+ i guess. so far i see, the market for db2 is very niche... at least in malaysia.

wow.. confirmation can get increment. many companies out there don't offer increment after confirmation anymore.

well the truth is, overseas company pays very well compare to local. so if your earning for money, go for overseas. if you plan for retirement, go for local. tongue.gif

How old are you? Why no EPF? Contract staff? If you are contract staff, then your basic should be higher compare to those who are permanent staff..

lyk, what is the medical benefit RM50 for?
does it means that if you don't get sick for 1 month, you get RM50? Or u can claim up to RM50 per month?

ryei, i assume you join this company as a fresh graduate. earning about RM3k with only 2 years of experience is consider good or OK.
during my time after graduate, i am only earning RM1.8k and after 2 years, the company only increase my salary up to RM2.1k. that is underpay cry.gif
