i think to make this threat more feasible....readers should be able to understand what is bullshit and what is real.

if they fail, then too bad..come here n say lets bluff...but u know the real fact of life. if u see years of experience and how much is he getting n the position..u know its real or fake.....camoooon la we are all educated. not to say u are un-educated. if u are not educated, u dono how to use computer lol!

lets just filter the real and ignore the jokers or the dreamers that sit on the chair long and dream on the simple concept...'WHAT,SHOULD,WOULD,HOW'?.....instead we focus on to how to achieve...as i always believe,..everyone will have his/her own lucky break....or if u work hard enough...there will be reward at the end of the tunnel.....else could be a train biggrin.gif

Dude, trust me, it's a better offer already. Just work for at least 1 - 2 years, then your salary will increase due to experience.

the different between you and me are basic salary and working days only..
my basic only 19++ and saturday work half day..

Sometimes it depends on the company too...I used to have DB2 BDA earning RM 2.5K with 3-4 yrs exp.

for CCIE yes over 10 grant but not apply to CCNA. Too many ppl have it right now.

that's very low. at least, he/she should be getting RM3.5k+ i guess. so far i see, the market for db2 is very niche... at least in malaysia.

looks low to me, my fren with 3 yrs exp roughly earn 4k excluding allowances..could it be your higher dip cert lower down your salary?
