I'm not surprise at all to hear increment of less than 10%. My company gives 2-5% increment every year. Last yr most of us get 5% and those who worked less than a yr get 2%. For this yr, the management haven't announce yet. Till now I'm still stuck at the last amount that i posted here last yr. FYI, this company also nvr give bonus. Haiz.

Wah expenses in Japan RM4k? I thot the living expenses is very high there? Your pay in yen is considered above par in Japan?

is it too low for such heavy burden? I mean I have to do all the reporting and such and also be responsible for the whole sets of accounts. I've nvr been in a managerial position b4.
